How to start in 4 steps
Open the official Terminal (ex-Padre) site (trade.padre.gg) and check the address (a referral link gives 35% cashback instead of 10%)
Log in and set the password that encrypts your wallet keys; export a key backup
Deposit SOL (or ETH/BNB on the matching chain) to your Terminal wallet, small test first
Make a small first trade, then claim cashback in Rewards
Plain link to the official site: we earn nothing from it. Check the address before you log in.
Terminal vs the pump.fun app
| pump.fun app / web | Terminal | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Phone-first buying, card/Apple Pay/Google Pay/PayPal deposits, callouts | Active trading on desktop: charts, screeners, fast orders |
| Bonding-curve fee | 1.70% = 1.25% curve fee + 0.45% Platform Fee (0.40% with an invite code) | 1.25% curve fee; no pump.fun Platform Fee, plus Terminal's own fee |
| Rewards | Invite code lowers the Platform Fee; Callout Rewards | SOL cashback on Terminal fees: 10%, or 35% via a referral link |
| Chains | Solana, plus the EVM chains listed on the fees page | Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base |
pump.fun's fees page (updated 17 Oct 2026) says the Platform Fee is not charged on trades placed through Terminal or any third-party interface. The bonding-curve and PumpSwap pool fees apply wherever you trade.

What Terminal itself charges
Terminal's official docs describe the cashback but, when we checked on 21 Oct 2026, didn't publish its trading fee as a percentage. Third-party write-ups quote a flat fee per trade; we treat that as unverified. Check the fee line in the order confirmation before your first trade.
Cashback and the referral link
Per Terminal's rewards docs, every user gets 10% of their trading fees back in SOL, and users who sign up through a referral link get 35%. The referral programme pays referrers up to 40% (35% standard). You find your own link under Rewards → Referrals. We don't have a Terminal referral link yet, so the link on this page is the plain official site.
Is Terminal safe?
Terminal is self-custody: the keys to your trading wallet are your responsibility, so keep the backup offline and never paste it into a site you reached from a DM. Keep only trading money there. Fast tools make fast mistakes too, so set size limits before you trade new coins.

Frequently asked questions
What is pump.fun Terminal?
pump.fun's desktop-style trading terminal for memecoins, formerly called Padre, available at terminal.pump.fun and trade.padre.gg.
Is Padre the same as pump.fun Terminal?
Yes. Padre was renamed Terminal and is reachable at both trade.padre.gg and terminal.pump.fun.
Does Terminal charge pump.fun's 0.45% Platform Fee?
No. pump.fun's fees page says the Platform Fee is not charged on Terminal trades. The 1.25% bonding-curve fee and Terminal's own fee still apply.
How much cashback does Terminal give?
10% of your trading fees back in SOL by default, 35% if you signed up through a referral link, per Terminal's docs.
Which chains does Terminal support?
Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain and Base, per Terminal's own site.
Signed up but waiting on first deposit?
Nothing is paid until your first purchase through the Deposit button in the pump.fun app (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or another method the app shows). SOL or other crypto sent from an exchange or wallet does not count. The 10-day window starts when that deposit is confirmed: trade on 5 different days (UTC) inside it, and keep the purchased funds in the wallet until the last payout.
