Which payment methods work for the pump.fun bonus
Any method you use to buy crypto through the app's Deposit button counts, as long as it is your first such purchase and the code was applied first. pump.fun's terms don't name a provider and say providers can change; pump.fun and MoonPay have announced these methods for the in-app purchase:

Which ones you see depends on your country, your phone (Apple Pay on iPhone, Google Pay on Android) and the provider's checks. Venmo is US-only and Interac is Canadian. The referral program is not available in the UK.
How to deposit on pump.fun with a card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, step by step
- Install the app and sign up first, entering code cozyoctopus9356 before any purchase (the code cannot be added afterwards for the bonus).
- Tap Deposit.
- Choose Apple Pay or Cash, then pick how you pay on the provider's screen: a card, Google Pay, PayPal or another method offered in your country (the buttons can differ on Android).
- Enter the amount. $50 or more sets the full $50 bonus base; anything from US$1 qualifies.
- Complete the payment with the provider. It runs the purchase under its own terms and may ask you to verify your identity.
- Wait until the provider has processed it; the crypto then shows in your pump.fun wallet.
Which deposit unlocks the pump.fun bonus
Only your first purchase through an in-app payment provider, made after you applied a referral code, is a qualifying deposit. It must be at least US$1, made with your own payment account, and delivered to your own pump.fun wallet. It sets a bonus base equal to the purchase, capped at $50 (measured before the provider's fees). The deposit itself pays nothing: the bonus is released as you trade, 1/6 on each of your first four trading days (UTC calendar days) and 2/6 on the fifth, all within 10 days of the deposit being confirmed. If you withdraw the purchased crypto, or the payment is refunded or charged back, before the last installment, the rest is forfeited. Later purchases never count.
Sending SOL from an exchange or wallet
Tap Receive, copy your wallet address, and send SOL on the Solana network from your exchange or wallet. Send a small test first and check the network twice. For other tokens, use Deposit → Crypto → other network, pick the token and network, and check the minimum shown: the Help Center warns that amounts below it are not processed and not refunded. These transfers are fine for trading but do not count for the bonus.
Deposit failed, pending or not showing
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal purchase still pending: the funds appear once the provider has processed the purchase; identity checks can add time, and bank transfers are usually slower than cards.
- Payment declined: that decision is the provider's or your bank's. Try another method from the list. pump.fun's terms say it is not responsible for a provider's availability, fees or verification decisions.
- A method is missing: methods depend on your country and phone; Apple Pay only shows on iPhone, Google Pay on Android.
- Crypto transfer missing: check the network and the minimum amount; transfers under the minimum are not processed.
- Deposit counted but no bonus yet: installments are credited after pump.fun's review of each trading day and may be delayed to the end of the 10-day window.
- Still stuck: contact pump.fun support via the link on the pump.fun homepage.
Minimum deposit on pump.fun
For the bonus, the first in-app purchase (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal…) must be worth at least US$1; $50 or more sets the maximum $50 base. The payment provider and cross-chain deposits can have their own minimums, shown in the app before you pay.
Where the pump.fun bonus is available
The referral program is not available in the United Kingdom, in pump.fun's prohibited countries, or where pump.fun or the payment provider isn't offered. You must be 18+ and use a single wallet and identity. The rules can change and the program ends when its budget runs out.
