Verify your identity (KYC) and order a virtual card
Top up with crypto, make a small first payment and check the fees and FX rate

Card fees
Virtual card: 10 USD. Physical card: 100 USD. The fee is taken from your RedotPay balance when the card is issued; the 5 USD welcome reward is for spending only and can't pay the fee (RedotPay help, 27 Jul 2026).
KYC
You must be 18+, have one verified account, and provide personal details, an original ID photo, a face scan, your address and a short questionnaire (RedotPay help).
Where it isn't available
RedotPay lists the regions where neither card is offered, including the United States, India, Indonesia, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, mainland China and Singapore (full list, 28 Aug 2026). If you live there, look at other cards.
